You can use option attributes to store data in Single Select List or Multi Select List columns. Option attributes are available both for static and for dynamic options.
You can use option attributes together with Formula columns to update grid data by changing a list item. Check out Update grid data with Single Select List or Multi Select List columns for more information.
How to add option attributes to a list
- Create or edit a Single Select List or a Multi Select List column.
- Press
to add Option attributes. By default, there is a label attribute, which is displayed as a list item in the grid.
Descriptions of attribute values:
- Key
- The value used to identify the attribute in Formula columns.
- Default value
- Default value of the static option, that will be used in the hint.
- Save the grid.
