In the cases where you need to have a closer look at what the addon is executing in the background, you can enable logging  temporarily


Steps to enable temporarily logging


  1. Access administration
  2. Locate the 'Logging & Profiling' page 
  3. Locate the "Configure logging level for another package"
  4. Enter 'com.exalate' as package name
  5. Select 'Debug' as logging level

The addon will now start logging debug message in the standard log (normally <JIRA-HOME>/log/atlassian-jira.log
